Welcome to one of the few FEARLESS sites. You are probably here because you know what FEARLESS is! If not it is a series by Francine Pascal you now the woman who wrote all of the Sweet valley books. The books are about a girl named Gaia. She was born without the fear gene. They even did tests on her, because they didn't understand why she wasn't afraid. So her dad taught her all this stuff like fighting so if she got into trouble because of her fearlessness she could handle herself. One night when she was 12 or 13 something happened that changed her life forever. After that she had no parents and was shuffled to one foster home to the next until she was 17 and stearted to live with one of her dads old CIA buddies-George Niven and his wife Ella Niven. This is were the story starts. The Nivens live in New Yok in  a large Brownstone on Perry street. Gaia and Ella's relationship is only legal and is as far as it goes. George tries to level with Gaia but it is hard for Gaia to open up to him and talk to him. Gaia tries to spend as much  amount of time away from home as she can. Most days after school (she is in High School at Greenwich Village High school) she will be in the chess tables at Washington Square park. This is where she met another chess geek named Sam Moon. Who at first sight practically fell in love with Gaia. Sam goes to New York University, and just happens to be Heather Gannis's boyfriend. Heather is Gaia 's new enemy she is popular,sophisticated, beautiful and has a sense of fashion while Gaia lives in cargo pants and sweats. Gaia is beautiful to though and turns every guys head, though she doesn't relize it and thinks she is a overmuscled freak. One other person who likes her is Ed-Edward Fargo. He is in a wheelchair and has been for a year or two. he used to be a skate rat but once he was paralyzed he kind of fell out of the social scene and the skating scene. He was once known as Shred, because of his rep on the skate board and how he was always up for a party. He is Gaia's first friend, though she protests. He kind of loves her either that or he has a huge crush on her. But guess what-He used to date the one and only Heather.   One of the things that makes up the books is the fact that Gaia go into the park late at night LOOKING for a fight. So because her father trained her in martial arts, karate, and more she likes to kick creeps buts who think it is alright to try and take advantage of a girl. Tom Moore is Gaia's father and has been watching over her since that night from when she was younger. His job as a CIA agent doesn't allow him to be near her or it could put her in danger (not that she doesn't do that herself). He writes letters to her all the time but is unable to send them. Loki is a mysterious charactor who is someone you should really find out about yourself. So read the storys and find out What happens to Gaia, Sam, Heather, Ed, Mary (another friend of Gaia's that doesn't come into the story until the fourth or third book), Tom,loki and George and Ella.       there are 13 books in this series but the 14th comes out this month. I am having to merge my site into a smaller one, because homestead is now charging , unless I only have three pages.
